Investor<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the following cases, you qualify as an investor for the exemption:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. You are the CEO or CFO of a company with annual sales of minimum Afl. 10 million net;<\/li>\n
  2. You qualify as a foreigner for a director’s license in accordance with the guidelines of the National Ordinance Establishment Companies. You are in possession of shares with a minimum of Afl value. 125,000, -.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Shareholder<\/strong><\/p>\n

    In the following case, you qualify as a shareholder for the exemption:<\/p>\n

    If you come as a stranger, you will not be eligible for a director’s license in accordance with the guidelines of the National Ordinance Establishment Companies but you are: if you are in possession of 40% of the shares of the issued Capital of a company based in Aruba, with a value of minimum power of Afl. 250,000, -.<\/p>\n
